On February 14, 2025, Kasemrad Hospital Bangkae announced a major upgrade of its facilities and service systems to enhance the overall patient experience and better serve the growing population of migrant workers in the surrounding areas.

The improvement initiative encompasses both physical infrastructure development and digital transformation, focusing on optimizing service efficiency, improving patient flow, and reducing waiting times. As part of this effort, the hospital has also partnered with HDmall, a leading online healthcare platform, to expand patient outreach and improve access to healthcare services through digital channels.
