On 7 February 2025, Kasemrad Hospital Rattanatibeth organized the “Social Innovation Management Development for Service Excellence Organization” project, aimed at improving the quality of services for patients under Thailand’s Social Security Scheme. The event was presided over by Ms. Pornsuda Harnphanich, Deputy Managing Director of Accounting and Finance, Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (BCH).

The program brought together hospital executives, physicians, nurses, and staff at Building 3 Conference Hall from 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m., providing a platform for knowledge sharing, discussion, and collaboration on service development strategies. Participants also explored innovative social approaches to enhance patient experience and deliver more efficient and equitable healthcare services for Social Security beneficiaries.
