On 8 May 2025, Kasemrad Hospital Prachinburi (PBR) organized a training program titled “The Ultimate Supervisor”, featuring Mr. Yospan Wadwong as the guest speaker. The session focused on developing effective problem-solving skills, leadership techniques, and strategies for aligning team performance with organizational goals.

The program was officially opened by Dr. Charan Boonruttikan, Director of Kasemrad Hospital Prachinburi, who emphasized the importance of empowering supervisory-level employees to strengthen leadership capabilities, foster effective communication, and enhance teamwork across departments.
