Kasemrad Hospital Ramkhamhaeng hosted a Facebook Live health talk titled “Obesity: A Silent Threat Leading to Multiple Diseases” to educate the public on the risks associated with obesity, a key contributing factor to non-communicable diseases (NCDs), as well as appropriate lifestyle adjustments and health management practices.

The session covered causes, risk factors, and health impacts of obesity, along with prevention strategies to raise awareness and encourage long-term healthy behaviors.

Conducted through an online platform, the activity enhanced accessibility to health information, enabling a wider audience to gain knowledge and better understand how to manage their health effectively in daily life.
