Kasemrad Hospital Organized a Talk To Doctor Session on “How to Modify Behaviors to Prevent Obesity”

Kasemrad Hospital organized a Talk To Doctor session titled “How to Modify Behaviors to Prevent Obesity” on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, to provide health education on self-care and behavioral modification to reduce the risk of obesity. The session was delivered by a pediatric specialist, who shared knowledge on health management, dietary behavior control, and appropriate lifestyle practices to promote long-term well-being.

This activity helped enhance health awareness and encouraged the public to adopt appropriate self-care practices in their daily lives.
