World Medical Hospital Organized Seminar “Sleep Crisis: When Sleep Deprivation Affects Life Readiness”

World Medical Hospital organized its 31st seminar under the topic “Sleep Crisis: When Sleep Deprivation Affects Life Readiness – The Silent Risk of Insomnia” on 24 March 2026 at Sky Hall, 22nd Floor, to promote health awareness regarding sleep and its long-term impacts on overall well-being.

The seminar was opened by Prof. Dr. Adisorn Phattharadol, Hospital Director, and featured a lecture by Dr. Nitiwat Srikanchanawat, a specialist in internal medicine. The session provided insights into the causes of sleep disorders, approaches to improving sleep health, and behavioral adjustments to enhance sleep quality.
