Kasemrad International Hospital Vientiane organized a Lao New Year cultural activity on 8 April 2026, including alms-giving and a traditional water-pouring ceremony to seek blessings from senior members, to preserve Lao–Thai cultural traditions and show respect.

The activity included alms-giving, a Buddha bathing ceremony, and a blessing ceremony with the management, with participation from doctors, nurses, and staff in a warm atmosphere, reflecting respect, connection, and an organizational culture that values social and emotional well-being.
