Kasemrad Hospital Saraburi organizes “Fat-Knowing, Prevent Heart Disease” activity to promote preventive health care

Kasemrad Hospital Saraburi organized the activity “Knowing fat, preventing heart disease, caring for health” to promote knowledge on the prevention of cardiovascular disease, which is one of the major non-communicable diseases (NCDs) that is a major problem of the people. The medical staff has passed on the knowledge about controlling the level of blood fat, risk factors of heart disease, and appropriate health care guidelines, along with nutrition activities to prepare low-fat menus and exercises to promote health.

The activity reflects the hospital’s commitment to promoting preventive healthcare and building health literacy to encourage people to change their health behaviors, reduce the risk of chronic non-communicable diseases, and improve quality of life through holistic health care, which supports the sustainable well-being of the people.
