Kasemrad Hospital Ramkhamhaeng Conducts Emergency Response Drill for Violence and Property Damage Incidents

On August 20, 2024, Kasemrad Hospital Ramkhamhaeng, led by Dr. Monthian Phengsombat, Hospital Director, organized an Emergency Response Drill for Violence and Property Damage Incidents. Dr. Monthian presided over the opening ceremony and emphasized the importance of preparedness and effective incident management within hospital premises.

The drill aimed to enhance the readiness and coordination of hospital personnel and related staff in handling situations involving violent altercations, property damage, or physical assault. It also sought to establish a clear operational procedure for emergency response, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective actions to prevent and minimize potential harm to life, property, and mental well-being.

The training was conducted in collaboration with Police Lieutenant Suriya Somwongsa, Inspector (Community Relations Division), Bang Chan Police Station, who served as the guest instructor. The police team demonstrated real-case response techniques, including conflict de-escalation and the use of control tools such as restraining poles for managing aggressive individuals. The session took place at Harnpanich Conference Room 1, 4th Floor, Kasemrad Hospital Ramkhamhaeng.
