Kasemrad Hospital Sriburin Donates CPAP Machines to Social Security Patients with Sleep Apnea Free of Charge

On Friday, August 23, 2024, Kasemrad Hospital Sriburin, led by Dr. Songporn Senakul, Deputy Hospital Director, and Ms. Nattanapat Watthanadechasakul, Director of Nursing, presented 13 CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines to social security patients diagnosed with sleep apnea following sleep test assessments. The machines were provided free of charge to help reduce health risks and prevent complications associated with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).

This initiative supports the Social Security Office (SSO) policy aimed at improving healthcare access and treatment quality for all insured members. The program expands healthcare benefits to include treatment for sleep apnea, ensuring that patients receive proper medical care at accredited hospitals within their entitlement network, helping them achieve better sleep quality and overall well-being.
