On October 28, 2024, Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (BCH) was awarded an “Excellent” (5-Star) rating for corporate governance for the second consecutive year in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2024. The assessment was conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The 5-Star “Excellent” rating reflects BCH’s continuous commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles across its operations, ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical management in alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
