Kasemrad Hospital Implements PM2.5 Protection Measures to Safeguard Employee Health

On 23 January 2025, Thailand’s Pollution Control Department (PCD) reported that the concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in Bangkok and its surrounding areas was expected to increase between 23–27 January 2025, reaching a level that required close monitoring.
In response, the hospital’s Facility Management and Safety (FMS) Committee distributed protective masks to employees working outdoors, including security personnel and patient transport staff, to help protect them from exposure to air pollution and reduce health risks associated with fine dust particles.
