Kasemrad Hospital Prachachuen Hosts New Year 2026 Celebration to Strengthen Employee Engagement and Team Unity
On 30 January 2026, Kasemrad Hospital Prachachuen organized the New Year Celebration Event for 2026, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Piya Netrawichien, Hospital Director, together with the hospital’s management team. The event was held to boost staff morale and strengthen positive relationships among personnel.
The activities included a color sports competition aimed at promoting teamwork, unity, and employee engagement, followed by a closing celebration under the theme “Sweet Dreams Party.” The event created a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, allowing staff to share happiness and welcome the New Year together.
This initiative reflects Kasemrad Hospital Prachachuen’s commitment to employee well-being, fostering organizational engagement, and creating a positive working environment that supports happiness, collaboration, and sustainable growth of its personnel.

- The New Year celebration activity promotes employees’ mental health and well-being by reducing work-related stress and fostering a positive and supportive working atmosphere. (Target 3.4) By 2030, reduce by one third premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through prevention and treatment and promote mental health and well-being
- Organizing employee engagement activities reflects the organization’s commitment to employee well-being and supports a safe, secure, and motivating working environment, strengthening employee engagement and organizational commitment. (Target 8.8) Protect labour rights and promote safe and secure working environments for all workers.
- The activity encourages interaction between management and employees, fostering an inclusive organizational culture based on trust, participation, and strong internal relationships. (Target 16.7) Ensure responsive, inclusive, participatory and representative decision-making at all levels.
