Kasemrad Hospital Rattanathibet invites the public to attend a health talk on “Neck, Shoulder, Silence of the Digital Age” to promote knowledge about the care of the musculoskeletal system, as well as prevent pain that may be caused by the use of computers, mobile phones and digital devices for a long time.
At the event, participants will learn about the causes of neck, shoulder and shoulder pain, behavioral adjustments, proper posture, stretching and basic exercises to help reduce the risk of repeated muscle injuries and promote work and daily life health.
The activity reflects the hospital’s commitment to disseminating preventive health knowledge in order to encourage people to take care of their health, reduce risk factors from lifestyle habits, and continue to have a good quality of life.
