BCH Partners with MEDEZE Group to Launch Cell Storage Center

On May 14, 2024, Professor Dr. Chalerm Harnphanich, Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (BCH), together with Dr. Pornluck Harnphanich, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of BCH, Dr. Weerapol Khemarangsarit, Chairman of the Board of MEDEZE Group Public Company Limited, and Ms. Phannurai Akkarasaksakul, Chief Operating Officer of MEDEZE Group, jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between BCH and MEDEZE Group.

The collaboration involves World Medical Hospital, Kasemrad International Hospitals, Kasemrad Hospitals, and Karunvej Hospitals, under the BCH network, in partnership with MEDEZE Group Public Company Limited. The signing ceremony took place during the “BCH & MEDEZE Longevity Matters Press Conference” at The World Sky Hall, 22nd Floor, World Medical Hospital, Chaengwattana Road.

During the event, BCH and MEDEZE Group also inaugurated the Cell Harvesting Center, established to support stem cell and immune cell banking services. The initiative addresses the growing challenges of genetic mutations and emerging diseases that significantly impact human health. As the human body often cannot build immunity fast enough to keep pace with these mutations—and with Thailand projected to become a super-aged society by 2030—cell banking has emerged as a vital innovation that enhances health, longevity, and overall well-being.

This collaboration provides Thai people with greater opportunities and choices in advanced healthcare, supported by BCH’s internationally accredited hospital network and MEDEZE Group’s leadership in stem cell banking, isolation, cultivation, and research. Together, both organizations aim to deliver world-class medical services and establish a strong foundation for the future of health and longevity for all.
