On June 7, 2024, Kasemrad Hospital Prachinburi organized a training course on “Techniques to Enhance Productivity: Workforce Planning and Schedule Optimization.” The program aimed to enhance the capabilities of personnel in human resource and operational management, with Mr. Natthaphong Kittiphongphatphana, Director of Quality, Services, and Marketing Division, serving as the keynote speaker.

The training focused on equipping executives, department heads, and supervisors with a solid understanding of workforce analysis, manpower planning, and effective management processes, enabling participants to allocate human resources appropriately in alignment with the organization’s workload and objectives. In addition, the program helped strengthen analytical and systematic thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making and improve long-term productivity and operational performance.
