On July 10, 2024, Kasemrad Hospital Prachinburi organized a training course on Risk Management and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) for the year 2024. The session was led by Mr. Natthaphong Kittiphongphatphana, Director of Quality, Services, and Marketing Division, who served as the guest lecturer. The training aimed to enhance understanding among department heads and management teams regarding organizational risk management processes, as well as methods for assessing, analyzing, and developing effective risk prevention plans within each department.

The program emphasized the practical application of knowledge in planning and implementing continuous quality improvement strategies. It also encouraged participants to strengthen their operational efficiency and foster teamwork in driving sustainable quality enhancement across all organizational levels.

A total of 27 participants from various departments joined the training, reflecting the hospital’s strong commitment to promoting a culture of learning and professional development among its employees.
