Our Projects
Water reuse

BCH has implemented a water conservation and efficiency initiative by reusing wastewater generated from various hospital processes to reduce tap water consumption and improve resource efficiency. The reused water is treated using a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system, a high-performance filtration technology that effectively removes contaminants, unwanted minerals, bacteria, and microorganisms. This process ensures that the treated water is safe and of sufficient quality for use in non-patient-impact activities within the hospital.

The RO-treated water is reused in hospital activities such as toilet flushing, surface cleaning, and watering plants in green areas, helping reduce dependence on external water sources and lower long-term water costs. Moreover, reusing water decreases the volume of wastewater entering the treatment system, thereby enhancing wastewater treatment efficiency and reducing environmental impacts on surrounding communities.
